Glaubt man den Auguren, läutet seine Beliebtheit eine Revolution in der Informationstechnik ein. Der Ära der Großrechner und der Personalcomputer soll ein Zeitalter folgen, in dem 'das Netz der Computer' ist. Wer dann die Fäden ziehen wird, ist längst nicht ausgemacht.     Proposes a novel approach for future intranet communication. A software system, InfoVine, which has been developed and is based on this approach, shows how user models can help in performing interpersonal information retrieval and in viewing people as an index to information.
