- Abstract
- Diskussionen zur Wissensgesellschaft gibt es viele, konkrete Bilanzen nur wenige. Dabei ist klar: Zu Beginn des 21. Jahrhunderts ändert sich der Umgang mit Wissen radikal. Wie wir Wissen heute entwickeln, verändern und verbreiten, unterscheidet sich in vielfältiger Weise von früheren Formen. Der umfangreiche Band liefert eine aktuelle Bestandsaufnahme verschiedenster Dimensionen der digitalen Wissensgesellschaft. In mehr als 50 Beiträgen ziehen Praktiker, Journalisten und Wissenschaftler Bilanz für Politik und Ökonomie, für Bildung, Medien und Kunst und gleichen dabei Diskussion und Wirklichkeit miteinander ab.
