- § 3 Arbeitsweise 1. Die beiden Klassifikationen ASB und KAB sind langfristig nach gemeinsamen Leitlinien zu entwickeln und schrittweise einander anzupassen. 2. Es wird in einem befristeten Zeitraum jeweils die Systematik überarbeitet, die am dringendsten der Überarbeitung bedarf. Die Arbeitsstelle trägt der Steuerungsgruppe den Aktualisierungsumfang vor. Von der Steuerungsgruppe Systematikkooperation wird festgelegt, in welcher Reihenfolge die Systematiken überarbeitet werden und in welchem Zeitraum die jeweilige Aktualisierung erfolgen soll. 3. Die Expertengruppen sind jeweils für den Zeitraum einzuberufen, in dem die Aktualisierung der jeweiligen Systematik ansteht. Bei Beginn bzw. Abschluss einer Aktualisierung sollen beide Expertengruppen gemeinsam tagen, um das Arbeitsprogramm einschließlich Anpassungsarbeiten gemeinsam zu beraten und der Steuerungsgruppe vorzuschlagen. 4. Die ekz dokumentiert in ihrer laufenden Systematisierungsarbeit bei Neuerungen die Systematisierungskonventionen und den weitergehenden Änderungsbedarf und bringt dieses Wissen und dessen Dokumentation in die Überarbeitung der Systematiken ein.
