    Abstract
    Ausbildung, kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und praktische Erfahrungen schaffen eine solide Grundlage für die Bewältigung von Wandlungsprozessen. Um den Anforderungen des Wandels gerecht zu werden, sind jedoch Anpassungsangebote notwendig. Die Präsenzangebote in Form von Inhouse-Trainingsprogrammen werden heute immer häufiger durch das Lernmedium Computer verdrängt. Auf diese Weise können durch individuelles Training bei freier Zeiteinteilung Defizite kompensiert werden. Die Vorteile beider Strategien führen zum Thema Lernen im Netz. Hierzu werden in diesem Beitrag einige wichtige Entwicklungslinien nachgezeichnet

    Abstract
    An den Einsatz von Multimedia werden durch eine zu stark technologiezentrierte Diskussion vielfach zu hohe und zum teil falsche Erwartungen gestellt. Im Vordergrund steht das individuelle Lernen unabhängig von zeitlichen, räumlichen und sozialen Randbedingungen. Unser Ansatz zum aufbau lernförderlicher Infrasrukturen betont demgegenüber in theoretischer wie auch praktischer Hinsicht die Notwendigkeit der alltagstauglichen Einbettung von Lerntechnologien in das jeweilige Einsatzumfeld und zwar in organisatorischer, pädagogisch-diaktischer und technischer Hinsicht. Lernen findet in vielfältigen Formen statt und ist über viele Lernorte verteilt: Hörsäle, Bibliotheken, Labore, Arbeitsplätze ebenso wie Wohnungen müssen miteinander verbunden werden, um die Unterrichtsmaterialien vielfältigster Art an allen Lernorten zugänglich zu machen
