Abstract

Der Information Highway - quasi das Internet im Endausbau - transportiert beliebige Inhalte ungeachtet aller Ländergrenzen an jeden gewünschten Punkt der Erde. Diese bereitet aus juristischer Sicht enorme Probleme.
