Cluster 1: "Aufmerksamkeit" mit den Dimensionen der Nutzererwartungen "Aktualität", "Werbung", "Schlagzeilen" sowie "Provokation durch Fake & Klatsch". Cluster 2: "Verbundenheit" Cluster 3: "Gemeinsamkeit" Cluster 4: "Intellektuelle Leistung"
