    Abstract
    Der Beitrag befaßt sich mit der Wissensorganisation durch ein neues Notationssystem. An Beispielen aus der UDK werden Wege beschrieben, wie das UDK-Notationssystem modernisiert und computergerecht gestaltet werden kann. Die Notationen sollen so konstruiert werden, daß das Prinzip der Rechts-Trunkierung immer gewahrt bleibt und daß auch nichtlineare Begriffshierarchien möglich sind. Die Benutzer sollen mit klar formulierten Begriffen in mehreren Sprachen arbeiten können, ohne sich um die Notationen kümmern zu müssen. Die Notationen sollen, für die Benutzer unsichtbar, die Begriffshierarchien (Oberbegriffe, Unterbegriffe) im Hintergrund organisieren. Es werden hier nur Ideen formuliert. Konkrete Realisierungspläne oder Projekte gibt es zur Zeit nicht
