    Abstract
    Die deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft hat auf Vorschlag des Unterausschusses "Kulturelle Überlieferung" des Bibliotheksausschusses der DFG am 5. Mai 2004 in der Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Sachsen-Anhalt in Halle (Saale) ein Rundgespräch zum Thema "Verzeichnis der im deutschen Sprachraum erschienenen Drucke des 18. Jahrhunderts" veranstaltet. An dem Gespräch nahmen ca. 30 einschlägige Vertreter/innen der Wissenschaft und Vertreterinnen aus Bibliotheken teil, die über umfangreiche Sammlungen an Literatur des 18. Jahrhunderts verfügen und damit ein potentielles Interesse an einer vertieften Erschließung der Literatur dieses Zeitraums haben. Nachfolgend abgedruckt ist das Ergebnisprotokoll der Abschlussdiskussion des Rundgesprächs. Die Vorträge, das Protokoll und zwei ergänzende Beiträge zu der Thematik werden in einem separaten Tagungsband veröffentlicht, der im November unter folgendem Titel erscheint: VD 18: Verzeichnis der im deutschen Sprachraum erschienenen Drucke des 18. Jahrhunderts: Beiträge eines DFG-Rundgesprächs an der Universitätsund Landesbibliothek Sachsen-Anhalt in Halle (Saale), veranstaltet am 05.05.2004. Hrsg. von Heiner Schnelling.
