    Abstract
    Internet und Intranet eröffnen völlig neue Perspektiven in der Informationsverarbeitung. Bereiche, in denen die Gestaltung der Außenbeziehungen eine hohe strategische Bedeutung hat, stehen vor der Herausforderung, sich mit den neuen Techniken des Internet beschäftigen zu müssen. Auch wenn die kurzfristigen wirtschaftlichen Erfolge nicht unmittelbar in monetären Größen bewertet werden können, droht bei Ignorieren dieser Technologie ein Imageverlust gegenüber der Konkurrenz. Es spricht vieles dafür, daß die Erfolgspotentiale von Internet und Intranet in den nächsten Jahren nur dann realisiert werden können, wenn die dafür notwendigen Lernprozesse bereits jetzt eingeleitet werden
