- Abstract
- In den Warenkategorien spiegeln sich die verschiedenartige Aspekte, unter denen Waren gesehen werden können. Was daher nottut, ist eine eindeutige, unmißverständliche Festlegung der Kategoriebegriffe, die das Gerüst jeder Art von Klassifikation bilden. So werden heute noch immer undefiniert nebeneinander gebruacht Benennungen wie: Ware, Gut, Stoff, Produkt, Erzeugnis, Artikel. Auch fehlen begriffsfestlegungen für: Rohstoff, Grundstoff, Halbfabrikat, Zwischenprodukt, Teilfabrikat, Fertigerzeugnis, Altware, Gebrauchsware, Investitionsgut. Eine Einigung auf nationaler Ebene ist umso dringlicher, als sie die Voraussetzung für angestrebte internationale Vereinbarungen ist. Es werden die Schwierigkeiten zur Überwindung dieser Situation genannt
