- Abstract
- Informationscontrolling stellt ein Instrument zur Steuerung zur Effizienz und Effektivität der Ressource Information in Organisationen dar. Es dienst vor allem zwei Zwecken: Unterstützung des Managements bei der rationalen Führung von Informations-Services-Stellen sowie Legitimationsnachweis durch das Aufzeigen von realisierten Nutzenpotentialen.
