    Abstract
    Seit Ende Mai 1994 liegt - offiziell unter dem Titel 'Europa und die globale Informationsgesellschaft' - der sog. Bangemann-Report vor. Enthalten sind eine Reihe von Empfehlungen zur Infrastruktur im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationsnetze, vorgelegt von einer Gruppe von 19 Vertretern europäischer Konzerne vor allem der Elektronik- und Medienbranche, veranlaßt vom EU-Ministerrat.
