    Abstract
    Im Dienstleistungszeitalter sollten alle elektronischen Informationsprodukte von entsprechenden Dienstleistungen begleitet werden. Die Auführungen stellen ein Auskunftsinformations- und Schulungskonzept vor, das am elektronischen Informationsangebot der Bibliothek ausgerichtet ist und folgend Aspekte umfaßt: Bibliothekseinführungen, Training für die Recherche im OPAC, Schulungsprogramm für bibliographische und Fachinformationsdatenbanken, begleitende Auswertung der Schulungsaktivitäten
