Abstract
Im Rahmen einer Vorgangssteuerung wird die Benutzerschnittstelle durch zahlreiche Informationen, wie Dokumente, Büro-Kommunikations-Nachrichten, Anweisungen, Handbuchausschnitte und Notizen angereichert. Diese Informationen müssen dem Benutzer kontextuell und übersichtlich angeboten werden. Ziel wird es somit sein, über die Spezifizierung eines Arbeitskontextes eine - am Benutzer, an der Aufgabe wie auch an der aktuellen Situation sich orientierende - Beschränkung der Daten- und Dokumentenvielfalt vorzunehmen, die es dem Benutzer erlaubt, mit möglichst geringem Aufwand die gewünschten Elemente seiner Diskurswelt ansprechen zu können
