Abstract
Nur wenige Hosts dominieren den Sektor der Wirtschaftsinformationen. Konkurrenz droht hierbei kaum, da sich die Unternehmen über exklusive Retrievals strukturell gegeneinander abschotten. Dennoch kommt langsam Bewegung in den ruhigen Markt: auch die Wirtschaftsdatenbankanbieter reiten jetzt auf der Windows-Welle und geraten damit an neue Kunden, eine neue Technik und in neue Rivalitäten auf einem Markt, der ohnehin schon wenig übersichtlich ist und überdies kaum Standards kennt.
