Gives an overview of the development of electronic information services in Eastern Europe 1993-95. Assesses the impact of economic and political reorganization of the electronic information market. Gives statistics on the quatitative development of East European electronic information services, giving statistics on the quantitative development of database entries, distribution of electronic information services, East European databases by subjects, and East European databases by database types
