Abstract

When Cincinnati University, Ohio, were faced with the need to cancel periodical subscriptions yet provide access to the literature through online and CD-ROM databases, they turned to commercial full text document delivery of periodical articles. Describes the selection and use of the UnCover electronic contents tables and full text article database and the way in which the university applied the database in an attempt to reduce annual periodical costs by 200.000 dollars
