Abstract

Beitrag zum Thema Informationsfreiheit und Schutz des Rechts im Internet als grenzüberschreitendem Datennetz. Gefordert werden Abkommen ähnlich dem Internationalen Seerecht. Enthält Aussagen des Bundesforschungsministers Rüttgers, er sei dagegen, die Anbieter des Zugangs zum Internet für eventuell gesetzwidrige Inhalte verantwortlich zu machen. Gegen die einspeiser müsse der Staat 'mit der vollen Schärfe seiner Gesetze eingreifen'
