Abstract

Die gemeinsame Nutzung von Programmen, Daten und Dokumenten auf einem Server ist in vielen Organisationen üblich. Erst aber mit der Etablierung eines Intranet wird eine kostengünstige Möglichkeit geschaffen, sowohl sachliche Kontexte durch Verlinkung darzustellen als auch zielgerichtete Zugriffe auf den Datenbestand über automatisch erzeugte Indizes zu ermöglichen. Beim Aufbau der neuen Hochschul- und Kreisbibliothek Bonn-Rhein-Sieg erweist sich das Intranet als wichtiges Hilfsmittel für alle Beteiligten
