Abstract
Die Praxis in den Organisationen und ihre Sozialeinstellung bezüglich der technologischen Informationen sind bereits Interesse von Sozialwissenschaftlern. Die Forscher konzentrieren sich gleichsam auf die Auswirkungen der Informationssysteme innerhalb der Struktur- und Kulturunternehmen. Es geht also nicht lediglich um die Anpassung der Informationskonzepte an die Unternehmensstrategie im herkömmlichen Sinne, sondern auch um die Neugestaltung der Information mittels Wissenstransfer und Wissensmanagement. Das Ausschöpfen der technologischen Wissensbasis erweist sich als überaus wichtiger Standortfaktor. Einerseits sind durch die Informationsnutzung per Internet und Intranet geeignete Strategien gefordert, um die Wissenstransferprozesse und -qualifikationen von den Fachexperten zu entwickeln. Andererseits ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass die "heimlichen" Qualifikationen oder Kenntnisse, von denen zwar viel gesprochen wird, die aber schwierig zu analysieren sind, zum großen Teil auf diese Form von Kompetenz zurückzuführen sind. Bezogen auf den Wissens- und Technologietransfer kann man sich beispielsweise die Fragen stellen: wie die vorhandenen Daten und das Wissen möglichst mittels des Informationssystems innerhalb der Betriebe effizient und effektiv wirtschaftlich nutzbar gemacht, bzw. genutzt werden können, und wie mittels des Wissens von Fachexperten eine gute Kriterienqualität erreicht werden kann. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, einen soziologischen Analyserahmen der Arbeitsorganisation durch Manager in Projektgruppen zu erarbeiten und soziologische Auswirkungen, Veränderungen, Spannungen, unbeabsichtigte Folgen dieser Gruppenarbeitsform im Rahmen des Wissenstransfers und der Informationsnutzung aufzuzeigen.
