Abstract

Band 1 der Reihe Erwachsenenbildung und Weiterbildung befasst sich mit der Steuerung und Moderation beim netzbasierten Austausch und der Konstruktion von Wissen. Dazu werden vielfältige Formen und Techniken eingesetzt wie die Kommunikation per Inter- oder Intranet, via Lernplattformen und Portalen oder mit Hilfe von Groupware, Datenbanken und Wissenslandkarten. Ein wesentliches Merkmal solcher Kommunikationsformen ist, dass sie sowohl Unterschiede als auch Gemeinsamkeiten im Vergleich zu Face-to-face-Situationen aufweisen. Daher müssen bei dieser Art der Vermittlung bekannte Methoden zur Wissenssteuerung verändert oder ersetzt werden. Ziel dieses Bandes ist es, solche Probleme der Moderation bei der netzbasierten Wissenskommunikation aufzuzeigen und Lösungswege anzubieten.
