Abstract
... "Die Welt der Informationen und der Dienstleistungen für Informationen, Wissen und Können wird sich weiter verändern. Wir sind auf diesem Feld immer noch in einer Entwicklungsphase, wir diskutieren derzeit nach meiner Einschätzung erst über Zwischenstände. Nicht alles ist heute schon erkennbar, absehbar. Klar aber ist: Das Erhalten, das Bewahren, das Dokumentieren, das Verteilen, das Managen, das Umsetzen, kurz: das Können im Umgang mit Informationen und Wissen wird mehr denn je über Wohl und Wehe unseres Landes entscheiden. Ich möchte gern, dass es uns gelingt! Und Sie können dazu einen großen Beitrag leisten!"
