Abstract

Gopher offers a menu interface to execute common Internet tasks. Discusses client server architecture and the platforms onto which a client can be loaded. Explains how to find a GOPHER, the use of the electronic bookmark and a GOPHER's document delivery capabilities. describes the Very Easy Rodent-Oriented Net-wide Index to Computerized Archives which provides a keyword search of Gopher menu titles and a link to the title in the appropriate Gopher
