    Abstract
    More and more users index everything on their own in the web 2.0. There are services for links, videos, pictures, books, encyclopaedic articles and scientific articles. All these services are library independent. But must that really be? Can't libraries help with their experience and tools to make user indexing better? On the experience of a project from German language Wikipedia together with the German person authority files (Personen Namen Datei - PND) located at German National Library (Deutsche Nationalbibliothek) I would like to show what is possible. How users can and will use the authority files, if we let them. We will take a look how the project worked and what we can learn for future projects. Conclusions - Authority files can have a role in the web 2.0 - there must be an open interface/ service for retrieval - everything that is indexed on the net with authority files can be easy integrated in a federated search - O'Reilly: You have to found ways that your data get more important that more it will be used

    Abstract
    Der Begriff Bibliothek 2.0 (bzw. Library 2.0) lehnt sich an die Begrifflichkeit des Web 2.0 an. Beide Begriffe sind für die bibliothekarische Welt relativ neu und werden bisher hauptsächlich im angloamerikanischen Raum diskutiert. Einige Bereiche des "neuen" Webs werden auch in Deutschland von Bibliothekaren diskutiert, so beispielsweise Weblogs und die Wikipedia. Die Betrachtung sollte hier jedoch nicht enden, sondern vielmehr als Startpunkt dienen. Über den Begriff als solchen kann man sicherlich streiten, jedoch hat er sich als tauglich erwiesen, um bestimmte Veränderungen zu beschreiben. So schreibt Michael Stephens, der den Begriff entscheidend mitprägte, im ALA TechSource Weblog: "I am so pleased with the discussion - and no matter what name you use, I love that the innovations and plans just keep rolling on."

Das Entdecken neuer Informationen sollte durch ein breiteres Spektrum von Zugängen unterstützt werden als allein durch die klassische OPAC-Suche. Jeder einzelne Buchtitel und jede einzelne Ressource sollte durch eine permanente, möglichst aussagekräftig URL angesprochen werden können. Das ist nicht nur die Voraussetzung dafür, dass die Informationen automatisch durch Websuchmaschinen indexiert werden können, und somit über den Hauptzugang zu Informationen heute auffindbar sind; vielmehr werden auch weitere neuartige Webanwendungen darauf angewiesen sein. Noch einen Schritt weiter geht die Einbindung von RSS in den Kölner Gesamtkatalog KUG. Die RSS-Links führen nicht direkt auf eine HTML-Seite, sondern auf strukturierte, maschinenlesbare Informationen. Wissenschaftler können so ihr eigenes Interessenprofil durch eine Schlagwortkombination im Katalog definieren und sich in ihrem Feedreader automatisch alle Neuerwerbungen zu diesem Thema anzeigen lassen."     Abstract
    More and more libraries starting semantic web projects. The question about the license of the data is not discussed or the discussion is deferred to the end of project. In this paper is discussed why the question of the license is so important in context of the semantic web that is should be one of the first aspects in a semantic web project. Also it will be shown why a public domain weaver is the only solution that fulfill the the special requirements of the semantic web and that guaranties the reuseablitly of semantic library data for a sustainability of the projects.

    Abstract
