    Abstract
    Dubletten stellen für die elektronische Datenhaltung von Katalogdaten ein zunehmendes Problem dar. In diesem Artikel wird zuerst die grundsätzliche Problematik von Dubletten dargestellt und eine Übersicht über verschiedene Lösungsansätze gegeben. Anschließend wird die Implementierung eines Expertensystems zur Dublettenkontrolle gezeigt, das an der UB Karlsruhe für das Katalogisierungssystem KARIN entwickelt wurde

    Explains the basic principles of the ISO Search and Retrieve (SR) standard which facilitates the searching and retrieval of data from computers via electronic networks regardless of the hardware and software used.
