    Abstract
    Das Internet entwickelt sich zunehmend zu einem Medium, das prinzipiell jedem Informationen aus allen Bereichen zugänglich macht, egal, ob es sich um Themen wie Recycling, Fussballbundesliga, Geldanlage oder Urlaubsreisen handelt. Durch die Fülle der zu durchsuchenden Daten übersteigt der Zeitaufwand für die Prüfung und Auswertung der Daten jedoch häufig den eigentlichen Nutzen der gesuchten Information. Genau hier setzt dieses Buch an, indem es systematisch die wichtigsten Hilfsmittel für die Informationssuche im Internet auf ihre Leistungsfähigkeit und Eignung bei der Suche beschreibt und bewertet.
