    Rund 270 so genannte Webguides versuchen im thüringischen Erfurt Antworten zu finden auf Fragen des Kalibers: Wie schief ist der schiefe Turm von Pisa? Wie viele McDonalds-Restaurants gibt es in Deutschland? Wo gibt es den billigsten DVD-Player in München? Die in Acht-Wochen-Kursen geschulten Ratgeber finden fast immer eine Antwort. Das jedenfalls versichert Unternehmenssprecher Tilman Kube. Grund: " 98 Prozent der Fragen lassen sich mit zwölf gängigen Suchmaschinen beantworten". "Und die beherrsehen unsere Webguides aus dem Effeff", ergänzt Talking.net-Vorstandsmitglied Klaus-Michael Erben, "das befähigt sie auch, den größten Teil der Fragen innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu beantworten. " Wofür dem Anrufer manchmal 3,88 Mark berechnet wird. Umfangreiche Recherchen kosten gesondert berechnet und schlagen mit 17,50 Mark für 15 Minuten zu Buche.
