    Abstract
    Nach Abschluß des von der DFG geförderten Projektes 'SSG-Fachinformationssysteme im Internet' legt die Projektgruppe der SUB Göttingen eine ausführliche Dokumentation des Projektkonzeptes vor. Ziel des Projektes war es, ein bibliothekarisches Konzept zu entwickeln, wie Internet-Ressourcen - wobei hierunter nicht einzelne elektronische Dokumente verstanden werden, sondern sog. thematische Server - in das Sammel- und Erschließungskonzept einer wissenschaftlichen Biblithek integriert werden können

    Auch auf die großen wissenschaftlichen Bibliotheken kommen dadurch, daß im Internet in zunehmendem Maße fachlich relevante Informationen bereitgestellt werden, neue Aufgaben zu.
