Begriffe 'Klasse', 'Hauptklasse' und 'Unterklasse' werden nicht verwendet, da sie in den Öffentlichen Bibliotheken wenig gebräuchlich sind. Die Verwendung ungewohnter Bezeichnungen soll keine Barriere bei der Einführung der überarbeiteten ASB sein.
