    Zur Allgemeinbildung soll hier das an Wissen, Fertigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und Einstellungen gezählt werden, was jeden Menschen als Individuum und Mitglied von Gesellschaften in einer wesentlichen Weise betrifft, was für jeden Menschen unabhängig von Beruf, Geschlecht, Religion u.a. von Bedeutung ist.
