- Abstract
- In einer Vielzahl von IuD-Einrichtungen wird das Problem diskutiert, in welcher Weise die Kosten für innerbetriebliche Informationsvermittlungsstellen für Management und Controlling sinnvoll dargestellt werden können. Hierbei sind die Probleme in der Praxis erheblich, so daß über neue Formen betriebswirtschaftlicher Informationssysteme nachgedacht werden muß. Da es sich beim Rohstoff Information um eine strategische Ressource handelt, ist es weniger verwunderlich, daß ein Großteil der IuD-Einrichtungen mit dem klassischen Erfassungswesen gescheitert ist. - Abstract
- Die unzureichende oder inadäquate Nutzung vorhandener Informationstechnologien wird zunehmend als ein erheblicher Kostenfaktor identifiziert. Die Frage nach den konkreten Wirkungen des Einsatzes von Informationstechnologien auf die betriebliche Leistungserbringung wird denn auch folgerichtig immer häufiger gestellt. Neben den hohen Investitionen in die Informationstechnologie verlangt insbesondere der hohe Anteil an nichtwertschöpfenden Tätigkeiten in der Informationsarbeit (z.B. Beschaffung, Umsetzung, Weitergabe von Informationen) nach Informationsmanagement-Konzepten, die die optimale Nutzung und Verwertung der durch Informationssysteme generierten und angebotenen Informationen in den Mittelpunkt stellen. Der Informationslogistik-Gedanke, die richtige Information zur richtigen Zeit bei der richtigen Person, verbunden mit der Vision 'Information at your fingertips' markiert den Perspektivenwechsel: Informationsbörsen und Warehouse-Konzepte, einhergehend mit einer Wmanzipierung der Endnutzer, skizzieren den Weg zu einer optimierten Nutzung der verfügbaren Informationsinfrastruktur

- Abstract
- Die Praxis in den Organisationen und ihre Sozialeinstellung bezüglich der technologischen Informationen sind bereits Interesse von Sozialwissenschaftlern. Die Forscher konzentrieren sich gleichsam auf die Auswirkungen der Informationssysteme innerhalb der Struktur- und Kulturunternehmen. Es geht also nicht lediglich um die Anpassung der Informationskonzepte an die Unternehmensstrategie im herkömmlichen Sinne, sondern auch um die Neugestaltung der Information mittels Wissenstransfer und Wissensmanagement. Das Ausschöpfen der technologischen Wissensbasis erweist sich als überaus wichtiger Standortfaktor. Einerseits sind durch die Informationsnutzung per Internet und Intranet geeignete Strategien gefordert, um die Wissenstransferprozesse und -qualifikationen von den Fachexperten zu entwickeln. Andererseits ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass die "heimlichen" Qualifikationen oder Kenntnisse, von denen zwar viel gesprochen wird, die aber schwierig zu analysieren sind, zum großen Teil auf diese Form von Kompetenz zurückzuführen sind. Bezogen auf den Wissens- und Technologietransfer kann man sich beispielsweise die Fragen stellen: wie die vorhandenen Daten und das Wissen möglichst mittels des Informationssystems innerhalb der Betriebe effizient und effektiv wirtschaftlich nutzbar gemacht, bzw. genutzt werden können, und wie mittels des Wissens von Fachexperten eine gute Kriterienqualität erreicht werden kann. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, einen soziologischen Analyserahmen der Arbeitsorganisation durch Manager in Projektgruppen zu erarbeiten und soziologische Auswirkungen, Veränderungen, Spannungen, unbeabsichtigte Folgen dieser Gruppenarbeitsform im Rahmen des Wissenstransfers und der Informationsnutzung aufzuzeigen.
