- Abstract
- Die Geschichte informeller, gemeinschaftlich gepflegter Online-Bibliographien sowie die zentralen Konzepte von Social-Bookmarking-Diensten (Bibliographie sozialer Netzwerke, Sacherschließung durch Social Tagging, Folksonomies als persönliche und Collabularies als gemeinschaftliche Vokabulare) werden dargestellt und diskutiert. Zur Charakterisierung der geschilderten Gesamtentwicklung wird der Begriff Metadatenrevolution eingeführt. Es werden Strategien vorgeschlagen, mit denen Bibliotheken und Informationseinrichtungen auf diese Entwicklung eingehen können.

- Abstract
- Numa Praetorius war das Pseudonym des Straßburger Juristen und Schriftstellers Eugen Wilhelm (1866-1951). Er benutzte es in den Jahren 1899 bis 1932 für seine Beiträge zu deutschen, französischen und italienischen Zeitschriften, Jahrbüchern und Serien, in denen er sich fast stets zu homosexuellen Themen äußerte. Am Anfang der 1970er Jahre entstand in der BRD und in Westberlin eine Emanzipationsbewegung der Schwulen, bald auch der Lesben, die aus der studentischen Protestbewegung gegen den Vietnamkrieg hervorgegangen war. Schon früh entdeckte sie ihr Interesse an der Geschichte der Schwulenverfolgung und -emanzipation, fand in Bibliotheken und Archiven die Bände des Jahrbuchs für sexuelle Zwischenstufen als beste Quelle zum Einstieg in die Thematik, und darin die "Bibliographie der Homosexualität", die ein "Dr. jur. Numa Praetorius" beinahe in jedem Jahrgang geschrieben hatte. Diese Bibliographie war eigentlich keine. Es handelt sich vielmehr um eine Sammlung manchmal sehr umfangreicher kritischer Referate zu Büchern und Zeitschriftenaufsätzen zur Homosexualität. Im Fall des Buches Homosexualität und Strafgesetz, das ein Rostocker Juraprofessor Wachenfeld als Warnung vor der Schwulenemanzipation verfasst hatte, füllte die Besprechung mehr als hundert Seiten im Jahrbuch von 1902. Das war Numas Rekord, dabei war Wachenfelds Buch nicht viel dicker (150 Seiten).

- Abstract
- In 1977 the International Congress on National Bibliographies (ICNB) was convened in Paris to develop guidelines for a current national bibliography in printed format. At the IFLA New Dehli meetings the ICNB 1977 Recommendations were reviewed. A Second International Congress on National Bibliographies is being planned to establish guidelines to cover publication of the national bibliographies through new technologies, to discuss the feasibility of raising the minimum requirements in all formats for national bibliographies to better reflect what is published in a country, to investigate more effective methods of proper legal deposit and to investigate feasibiblity of drafting similar recommendations for retrospective national bibliographies. - Im Aisthesis Verlag ist der erste Teil der Bibliografie Brigitte Reimann von Kristina Stella erschienen. Die Bibliografie ist das Ergebnis der jahrelangen Recherchen Stellas in Bibliotheken und Archiven. Das umfangreiche Nachschlagewerk ermöglicht erstmalig einen vollständigen Überblick über das Werk der DDR-Schriftstellerin und dessen Rezeption. Teil A verzeichnet die Primärliteratur und enthält zahlreiche Hintergrundinformationen zu den Werken und deren unterschiedlichen Ausgaben. Der Nachweis der Originalmanuskripte und der umfangreichen Korrespondenz Brigitte Reimanns mit Privatpersonen und Institutionen bietet eine umfassende Übersicht über die in den Archiven vorhandenen Dokumente. Bühnenwerke, Rundfunksendungen, Fernsehsendungen und Veranstaltungen mit Beteiligung von Brigitte Reimann werden in Auswahl nachgewiesen. Teil B dokumentiert die Sekundärliteratur zu den Texten Reimanns sowie die auf die Person Brigitte Reimann bezogenen Publikationen. Der Nachweis der Originaldokumente im Sekundärteil verzeichnet unter anderem die der Forschung zugänglichen Akten des Ministeriums für Staatssicherheit.
