Abstract: Regionale und lokale Zeitungen sind durch besondere Qualitätsmerkmale gekennzeichnet, die im vorliegenden Beitrag diskutiert werden. Ausgehend von dem Konstanzer Ansatz zur Bewertung von Informationsdienstleistungen werden zeitungsspezifische Kriterien eingearbeitet und den fünf Hauptkennzahlen Information, Präsentation, Interaktion und Kommunikation, Technik und Methodik sowie Organisatorisches und Soziales zugeordnet. Abstract: Der Artikel diskutiert die veränderte Situation von Inhaltsverzeichnisdiensten durch Web 2.0-Entwicklungen und erstellt einen Gestaltungsrahmen für einen gebündelten Inhaltsverzeichnisdienst der Bildungsforschung auf RSS-Basis. Um verstärkt die disziplinspezifischen Bedarfe in die Gestaltung einzubeziehen, wird das heterogene Anforderungs-Engineering, das sich von einer rein technologischen Betrachtungsweise distanziert, in seinen Grundzügen dargestellt und exemplarisch durchgeführt. Dabei werden unterschiedliche lokale Praxen - von der institutionellen Erschließung bis zur Nutzung der Dienste - mit ihren heterogenen Aspekten einbezogen und in Form existierender Lösungsräume, Problemräume und zukünftiger Lösungsräume analysiert.

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Aktivitäten des Informationszentrums Bildung zum Einsatz von Semantic Web-Technologien. Schwerpunkte liegen hierbei auf der Beschreibung des Aufbaus einer Ontologie für die Domäne der Bildungsforschung, sowie auf der Darstellung, wie sie zum Zweck der Query Expansion in einem domänenspez /fischen Retrievalsystem genutzt werden kann.
