Abstract

Vor einer rigiden Regulierung im Multimedia-Bereich hat Bundesjustizminister Edzard Schmidt-Jortzig (FDP) gewarnt. Er wandte sich am Donnerstag abend in Bonn dagegen, Unternehmen, die den Zugang zum weltweiten Computernetztwerk Internet ermöglichen, für dessen Inhalte verantwortlich zu machen. Das bedeute den 'Tof dieses Marktes'. Bonn will dem Minister zufolge bis zum Sommer seine Vorstellungen für ein Multimedia-Gesetz vorlegen. Die Online-Dienste sind gegen die Gesetzesinitiative
