Abstract
Die Gemeinsame Normdatei (GND) wird im deutschsprachigen Bibliothekswesen als Normdatei sowohl zur formalen als auch inhaltlichen Erschließung genutzt. Im Projekt IN2N (Institutionenübergreifende Integration von Normdaten) sollte die Einbindung eines nichtbibliothekarischen Partners erprobt werden, um damit beispielhaft die Nutzung dieser Normdatei für andere Kultureinrichtungen zu untersuchen. Das Projekt hat sich mit Inhalten, Formaten, Schnittstellen und Redaktionssystemen auseinandergesetzt und eine Kooperation ermöglicht, die wegweisend für andere Kultureinrichtungen sein kann.
