Abstract

Im Internet lassen sich Informationen oft sekundenschnell gewinnen - vorausgesetzt, man verliert sich nicht im Dickicht von Web-Links. Im Buch erfährt der Leser, wie er mit Hilfe der im Internet zur Verfügung stehenden Suchhilfen rasch und ohne Umwege zum Ziel kommt. Der Autor beschreibt, wie eine Suchanfrage aufgebaut wird. Der nächste Schritt ist die Auswahl der jeweils effektivsten Suchhilfe. Tabellen und Übersichten zeigen anschaulich Vor- und Nachteile dieser Hilfen und geben einen Überblick über nutzbare Abfrageoptionen
