Abstract

Verfolgt man die Meldungen und Berichte in den Medien, stellt man fest, daß das Internet weniger Transaktionsbasis des Business als vielmehr Informationsmedium für die Informationsbeschaffung und -verarbeitung ist. Unternehmen sollten sich nicht der Illusion hingeben, durch die Implementierung von E-Commerce-Servern kurzfristig einen neuen Vertriebskanal erschließen zu können. Faszinierender, greifbarer und unmittelbarer dagegen ist der Einsatz des Internet zur Beherrschung der durch globale Netz-Märkte ausgelösten Unsicherheit und das Potential des Internet zur schnellen Erfassung und Erschließung von wettbewerbsrelevanten Informationen. Der folgende Beitrag will aufzeigen, daß angesichts des letztgenannten Aspekts der explorativen Marktforschung unter Zuhilfenahme des Intemets große Bedeutung zukommt. Außerdem wird durch den Netz-Radar°1 ein Produkt und Beratungskonzept vorgestellt, das den Anforderungen der neuen Netz-Märkte Rechnung trägt
