Abstract: Bereits im Dezember 2006 wurde die Web-Suchmaschine von Wikipedia, damals noch unter dem Arbeitstitel "Wikiasari", angekündigt und wurde von der Fachwelt zwischenzeitlich als größte Sensation gehandelt. Im April 2007 bezeichnete das amerikanische Magazin "Fast Company" die neue Suchmaschine gar als "Google's" schlimmsten Albtraum. Doch erst am 7. Januar 2008 wurde die Alpha-Version für die Öffentlichkeit freigegeben.

Sortiert man alle leeren Seiten aus, so bleiben allenfalls 50 Seiten Text übrig. Satzfehler, uneinheitlicher Sprachstil, variierende Schreibweisen - ganz abgesehen von zahlreichen Rechtschreibfehlern wie Fussnote - und Wiederholungen erwecken den Eindruck eines lieblosen Recyclings früherer Beiträge, nicht aber eines planmäßig und mit einem redaktionellen Konzept erarbeiteten Ratgebers.
