    Abstract
    Die Informationsgesellschaft wird derzeit in erster Linie unter den Aspekten von Arbeitsplätzen und Datenschutz diskutiert. Dabei gerät oft aus dem Blickfeld, daß dieser Umbruch auch eine radikal veränderte Arbeitswelt mit neuen Tätigkeitsfeldern und umgekrempelten Sozialbeziehungen zur Folge haben wird. Wir dokumentieren dazu Auszüge aus einem Vortrag des Marburger Wissenschaftlers Andreas Boes, den dieser beim Seminar 'Das Internet - Netz der Netze' der Evangelischen Akademie Bad Boll gehalten hat

    Abstract
    Unabhängig davon, wie schnell und in welchem Maße sich multimediale Produkte und Dienstleistungen durchsetzen werden, eines ist klar: die technisch vermittelte Kommunikation wird weiter zunehmen. Die Bürgerinnen und Bürger dabei vor unbefugtem Zugriff, zum Beispiel kommerzieller Auswertung der Nutzungsprofile zu schützen, ist eine Aufgabe des Datenschutzes, die dementsprechend immer wichtiger wird. Insgesamt ist der Datenschutz unverzichtbarer Beitrag zur Grundsicherung in der wie auch immer gearteten Informationsgesellschaft. Um dies zu gewährleisten, muß der zukünftige Rechtsrahmen für den Datenschutz der Konvergenz von Daten-, Kommunikations- und Medientechnik Rechnung tragen

    Abstract
    Digitale Medien gefährden die Selbstbestimmung des Menschen sowohl unter datenschutz- als auch unter äußerungsrechtlichen Gesichtspunkten. Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Gewährleistungen des allgemeinen Persönlichkeitsrechts (Art.2 Abs.1 i.V.m. Art.1 Abs.1 GG) unter den Bedingungen der Informationsgesellschaft. Hierbei werden die Ausprägungen des Persönlichkeitsrechts anhand der Rechtssprechung zu Fallgruppen zusammengefaßt und den neuen Gefährdungspotentialen gegenübergestellt. Die anschließende Erörterung des gegenwärtigen Rechtsrahmens schließt die neuen Multimedia-Gesetze (MDStV und TDG) mit ein. Am Ende der Untersuchung stehen Thesen zum Schutz des Persönlichkeitsrechts in der multimedialen Welt. Ein Entscheidungsregister erhöht den praktischen Nutzwert der Arbeit
